Evolution Hockey

At Evolution Hockey, we focus on having every player, from learn to skate to AAA, build strong fundamentals in skating and hockey skills. Our objective is to ensure that each player enjoys the game of hockey no matter what their age or level is, and that we provide players the tools to excel at their own individual pace and achieve their own specific goals. We strive at individual improvement of all the skills that contribute to a well-rounded hockey player and overall athlete in general. From on ice lessons to strength and conditioning on dry land, all facets of training at Evolution Hockey are equally important for players to perform to their fullest potential. Many of our beliefs coincide with the principles of the American Development Model (ADM) of USA Hockey where we value practice and training that is fun and accessible, so that players can cultivate their passion for hockey and sports. As a result, our players excel and remain motivated throughout their entire development as an athlete.

Evolution’s Service Shop

At Evolution Hockey, we understand that having your skates customized properly is an important part of skating at your peak performance. We have every skate service available on the premises. These include professional skate sharpening (flat bottom V sharpening available), skate contouring, custom radius servicing, boot stretching, boot warming, boot spot punching, and changing skate holders. We also have laces, tape, stick wax, training aids, and many other hockey accessories for sale, including Evolution Hockey branded merchandise (American Apparel hoodies and tees, and caps). Members get discounts on all skate services!

 

The Evo Juice Bar

Refuel on one of our delicious protein shakes after your training session. Choose from a variety of flavors all specially designed to pack in the most nutritional value for pre- and post-workout. At Evolution Hockey, we understand the importance of protein post-workout to maximize your results and recovery. Protein shakes are most effective when taken within 30 minutes after your training session. You can also watch the NHL channel on one of our flat screens at the bar. We also have Vitamin Water, Powerade, Dasani water, Smart Water, Organic Honest Tea, and Tum-E Yummies available as well for refreshment. Free wifi also available at the juice bar for our guests.
